Furnishaus Return & Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping at Furnishaus! We understand that sometimes you may need to return or exchange an item. This policy outlines our process for doing so.
Returns & Exchanges:
We are happy to accept returns and exchanges for most items purchased on shopfurnishaus.com within 30 days of the original purchase date. Items must be returned in their original packaging, with all tags and labels attached, and in unused and undamaged condition.
Defective Products:
If you receive a defective product, please contact us immediately at [email protected] We will be happy to arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including any applicable shipping charges.
Non-Defective Products:
We also accept returns and exchanges for non-defective products. However, please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Additionally, a restocking fee of 10% may be applied to the returned item's original purchase price.
Exchanges:
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please follow the same return process outlined above. Once we receive your return, we will process your exchange and ship the new item to you as soon as possible.

Clearance items
Custom-made furniture
Final sale items (these will be clearly marked on the product page)
How to Return an Item:
Contact us at work@shopfurnishaus.co to request a return authorization (RA) number.
Pack your item securely in its original packaging, if possible.
Include the RA number and a copy of your original packing slip inside the package.

Refunds:
Once we receive your returned item and verify that it meets the conditions outlined above, we will process your refund within 5 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. 1 Please note that it may take an 2 additional 3-5 business days for your bank to post the refund to your account.
